Existing Clients

To ensure that your requests are logged and responded to as quickly as possible, our existing customers should contact us by email at [email protected] and your Account Manager will email, SMS or call you back as soon as possible.

Payment Methods

We are pleased to accept your payment by direct deposit/Netbanking, cheque, and Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa and Amercian Express) using our secure online payments facility.

And no matter which payment method you choose, we don't charge any additional processing fees.

PREMIUM LIVE TECH SUPPORT:

For a low per-session cost, we offer a professional remote technical support service.

During the support session we will ask you to create a secure connection to your computer. Once we are connected we will thenable to configure your email program (for example Outlook or Mac Mail) or diagnose other issues that you may be experiencing.

Please get in touch with your Account Manager if you would like us to run a support session for your PC or Mac computer or laptop. We are also able to assist with the setup of your hosted email on your iPhone, iPad, other smart phone or tablet.
